Hurricane Katrina: Radical Campus Left Claims Racial Cleansing is Going on in New Orleans

From the local campus anti-war protesters who are also struggling with the issue of whether or not to openly support the “Iraqi resistance”:

“And still, even tonight, teams of military, US Marshals, and local police perform sweeps and raids on the remaining hold-outs. We will never know the true death-toll of the storm, nor the near certain fact that many brown and black residents were gunned down in cold blood in a form of ethnic cleansing.”

It’s one thing to talk about race and poverty, its another to say that the federal government is wiping out black people in the streets of New Orleans.

There’s only one word for stuff like this… agitprop.

    2. People are so sensitive about the issue of race now. It lies unresolved beneath societies consciousness. What u describe is crazy… but I think on some level stuff needs to be reconciled in the bigger picture.

This really requires political leadership, bring people together at a time like this, and unfortunately there’s been very little of this compared what Clinton might have brought, or the kind of incredible tone Reagan brought to the Challenger explosion, or Giulliani in NY. This has been missing in the aftermath of Katrina.

      Nice blog :).

    3. I find that for reasons that escape me that most blacks cling to racist liberals who truly do support ethnic cleansing through abortion to spare the poor black child a poor quality of life. These radical liberals also support the “unjustly” treated criminal black man whom is only acting according to his culture despite the fact that most black Americans are not criminals and detest gangbangers for the number of people of color they kill or get hooked on drugs.
