Hurricane Katrina: Officials Caught Stealing Relief Supplies
Storm Donations Found at Official’s Home
Police found cases of food, clothing and tools intended for hurricane victims at the home of the chief administrative officer for a New Orleans suburb, authorities said Wednesday.
The donations filled a large pickup truck four times. “It was an awful lot of stuff,” Caraway said.
Well, well. I can’t wait to see how Bush is accountable for this.

Obviouly President Bush directed him to do this.

Bush isn’t accountable for that.
FYI, no one blamed Bush for Katrina, just the slow response to it.
I guess it’s no different though, for Conservatives to blame the residents of N.O. for living near the Gulf Coast.
RESPONSE:
I don’t think many mainstream conservatives did blame residents… a few who did decide to stay on their own, but by and large we blame the local officials who ordered the evacuation a day after everyone else did, and then didn’t execute their own plan.

Bush ordered him to do it. I hand delivered the memo myself.
Bush also gave me a truckload of supplies from Katrina relief AND I went out to dinner with Karl last night to discuss our next move and have decided to have W use the weather machine to send a heatwave to Siberia so we can swipe some donated aid items from there….Karl said we need more sunscreen as the ozone depletion project, (known as The Coppertone Project) is ahead of schedule.

Kender is lying, W. Sent me and I followed through. PLUS, we startled a butterfly in Kenya causing Rita…. so there you nasty liberals, take that from the super duper extraordinary Weather machine.

Despite denials to the contraire Bush has been blamed by some liberals for Katrina because of his lack of support for the particular theory of global warming that is the fad. Some conservatives do question why taxpayers have to pay to rebuild homes that were built in both a hurricane susceptible area and below sea level. They say the same about the rich homes of California that are wiped out by fire, mudslides, earthquakes, etc.
